GiraffeStudy

The giraffe. Such a peculiar animal would fit right into the peculiar looking mammals of the mid Cenozoic era(?)(No expert here).
Made a study on the Giraffe, ended up with some poly painting. The more I looked at it, the more fascinating and weird I find these creatures.

Apparently the giraffes tongue is 50 cm long with a blue-ish tint because of the melanin protecting it from the sun.

If you've never seen a giraffe run, look it up, quite majestic.
If you've never seen a giraffe fight, or "necking", look it up, quite terrifying.
